Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition will not be accepted.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item sent.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
